Welcome to the flock. TennisBirds is a free app for finding tennis partners, courts and games. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Be a good bird
TennisBirds is a community of real players. You agree not to post or send content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or illegal, and not to impersonate others, spam, or scrape the service. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Your content
You own what you post (photos, messages, results) and you're responsible for it. By posting, you give us the limited right to display it inside the app to other players, which is the entire point of posting it. You can delete your content, and deleting your account removes it.
Moderation
Every photo, profile and message can be reported in the app, and any player can be blocked instantly. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and accounts that break these rules.
Meeting people
TennisBirds connects you with people you may not know. Use common sense: meet at public courts, tell someone where you're going, and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable. We don't run background checks and aren't responsible for what happens off the app.
Ratings and results
Match results count only when both players confirm them. Don't log fake matches; accounts that game the rating system may be removed.
The service
TennisBirds is provided "as is", free of charge. Court data comes from OpenStreetMap and may be imperfect. We may change or discontinue features. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app, to the maximum extent the law allows.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
