Delete your account

You can permanently delete your TennisBirds account and all of your data at any time. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open TennisBirds and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the settings icon (top of the screen).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
For your security you may be asked to sign in again before the account is deleted.
Can't access the app?
Email us from the address on your account at emberlitt1@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and delete your account within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data, including:
- Your profile (name, username, photo, bio, skill level, location and activity)
- Your sign-in credentials
- Your match results, Rally Calls, tournaments and availability
- Your photos ("Moments") and your tags on other players' Moments
- Your chats and messages
- Your court check-ins and notification token
Nothing is retained after deletion. Abuse reports that name another user may be kept for safety and legal purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
